Joy Ross-Jones

Joy is an actor, creator, improviser, theatre facilitator, and dance fiend from Venezuela and Canada, living in Montreal since 2006. Joy is proud to be an Associate Artist with Imago Theatre as Program Director of ARTISTA, Imago’s free theatre mentorship program for young women. She performs regularly with improv troupe, Colour Outside the Lines, and delights in practicing Pochenko clown and performing bouffon (grotesque clown). Recent theatre credits include Thy Women’s Weeds by Erin Shields (staged reading, Repercussion Theatre), Don’t Read the Comments (Sarah Segal-Lazar, Semo Scomber – Fringe/Segal Centre Award Winner), and Elsewhere (Odd Stumble, Fringe/Segal Centre Award Winner).
