Artistic and Administrative Assistant

35 hours a week for 7 months from 9:30-5pm 
Candidate must be eligible for the Emploi Quebec Subvention Salariale program. The position would begin on Dec. 3, 2018 (start date is subject to negotiation)

Ideal Candidates would have:
Basic knowledge of photoshop and In Design

Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Products

Experience with social media content creation and management

Experience with basic administrative work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A knowledge of the Montreal theatre landscape and a passion for theatre (we hire artists)
Intermediate knowledge of WordPress

Core responsibilities include:

Point person for Box Office Strategy and Front of House with assistance from Imago Team

Point person for Imago’s Newsletter with assistance on content from Erin

Point person for tax receipts and registration (ARTISTA and Atelier Workshops)

Point person  for coordination of opening night-invitations and registration

Point person for Volunteer Coordination

Responsible for office management and administrative duties
Assisting with communications and marketing (web, blog, social media, basic graphic design)

Assisting with development research for corporations, foundations and grants

Assisting with outreach to schools to build Imago’s network

Assisting with the updating and maintenance of Imago’s donor database and contact database

Assisting with all fundraising activities through Imago Theatre

Assistance with the maintenance and research of Imago’s play development and artist database

Assisting with recruitment and outreach for ARTISTA; Imago’s free mentorship program for young women
